Turning this into more of a fitness blog. Started back at gym at age 29, after 2 kids, body fat 39.4%. I don't like cardio and rarely do it. I lift, and lift heavy. Beginning of Jan '12, my body fat is down to 29.9%. My goal is to get that to 23%. I'm not worried about weight or measurements, because those aren't a good indicator of strength.
I'm too old and don't have enough time to bother making my page awesome and categorized and pretty.
